This is an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting the finance function. You’ll be responsible for a broad range of accounts and administrative tasks, working across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, freight support, and month-end activities.
Based in West Auckland, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants to develop their skills within a growing business.

Non-Negotiables
  • 3+ years experience in an accounts administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar finance support role.
  • Experience completing bank reconciliations, invoice processing, account allocations, and account reconciliations.
  • Experience using Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) is highly sought after.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and maintain financial information.
  • Confident managing competing priorities while staying organised and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time in the office, five days per week in West Auckland.
  • Must have unrestricted working rights in New Zealand with no visa restrictions.
  • Available for a permanent full-time position, ideally with the ability to commence as soon as possible.
Desirables
  • Experience processing supermarket invoices, remittances, credits, and customer claims.
  • Exposure to freight documentation, including air and sea freight processes.
  • Experience supporting month-end processes.
  • Familiarity with Australian bank reconciliations or overseas transactions.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale, or product-based environment.
  • A relevant accounting qualification or studies towards one.
