Data Product Owner | 12-Month Fixed Term

Auckland (hybrid)

Own the data products that drive the decisions.

A well-established NZ organisation needs a hands-on Data Product Owner to lead delivery. Real ownership, a modern data + AI stack.

What you'll do

Own the backlog and roadmap across the Data, Analytics & AI stream
Lead agile delivery of BAU and projects - sprint planning, prioritisation, the lot
Turn business needs into clear requirements, and data into decisions
Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider data team

What you'll bring

Product Owner / data-delivery experience in or alongside data teams
A Business Analyst background
Solid grounding in BI, analytics and data product management (AI curiosity a plus)
A track record on enterprise data projects - migration, integration, analytics or BI
Sharp stakeholder skills and confident agile/Jira delivery
