Join a leading New Zealand consumer brand as a Data Scientist, where you'll turn complex data into smart decisions. You'll design models, run experiments, and uncover the insights that shape strategy across the business.
What You'll Do- Build product recommendation and next-best-action models to personalise customer experiences
- Develop predictive models and time-series forecasts to drive product performance
- Refine existing models and explore deep learning techniques
- Analyse sales, trends, and customer behaviour to deliver actionable insights
- Create compelling data visualisations and present findings to senior leaders
- Partner across the business to grow our Data Science capability
What You'll Bring- 3+ years' experience in a similar data science role
- Strong skills in R and/or Python, SQL, and big data platforms (e.g. Apache Spark)
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks
- Practical knowledge of time-series forecasting and financial modelling
- A degree in Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, or Engineering Science
- A curious mind, strong communicator, and confident problem solver
