What We're Seeking:

• Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys, preferably across diverse premises.
• Demonstrated track record in performing clearances for reoccupation after asbestos removal.
• Asbestos Assessor License and strong background in the asbestos industry.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid knowledge of asbestos regulations.
• Ideally managing your own projects and engaging regularly with clients or possessing exceptional client interaction skills.
• BOHS P402, P403, P404 certifications.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of projects.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion with support from junior team members.
• Responsibilities include quoting, developing survey plans, creating technical specifications for asbestos removal, and overseeing the project's life cycle, including invoice review and approval.
