This position is based in Hawke's Bay and requires the candidate to be there. There is a relocation allowance.

THE ROLE
The Intermediate Business Analyst is responsible for delivering Business Analysis services across customer projects. Working as a key supporting resource to the Senior Business Analyst and Delivery Lead, you'll bring hands-on expertise to identify, develop, and deliver tasks that produce tangible outcomes for clients.

Day to day, you will:

• Represent the business as part of customer-facing project teams
• Own and action Business Analysis tasks on behalf of clients
• Complete analysis work and present recommendations to the Delivery Lead

WHAT YOU BRING
You are a professional, engaging, and experienced analyst who communicates well and builds strong relationships.
Your background includes:

• Involvement in enterprise IT projects as a key contributor or SME
• Ownership of IT project deliverables
• A working knowledge of IT project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2)
• Professional-level understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, or equivalent certification
