Intermediate Land Surveyor | Land Development | Auckland This is a chance to step into a well-structured land development environment where you’ll gain exposure beyond day-to-day surveying.
Based in Auckland, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering residential projects, working across surveying requirements from early-stage input through to
resource consent and engineering approvals.
You’ll be embedded within a collaborative team of surveyors and engineers, with the support and exposure needed to build real capability across the full land development lifecycle.

Non-Negotiables- 2–4 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor in New Zealand
- Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent)
- Hands-on NZ land development / Land Transfer (LT) experience
- Exposure to consenting processes, including resource consent and engineering approvals
- Confident communicator who works well in a team
- Positive, proactive attitude
Desirables- Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy
- Exposure to residential or large-scale development projects
- Ability to contribute across both field and office work
- Interest in progressing toward professional registration
