NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying (or NZ-recognised equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in NZ land and cadastral surveying
- Solid Landonline knowledge and cadastral process experience
- Competent in 12d
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Section 223/224c documentation experience
- Subdivision and land development project exposure
- BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
- LCS pathway already underway
