$85,000 – $95,000 BRIEF Canterbury's land development market is moving and two established consultancies want Intermediate Land Surveyors to help them keep up with it.
One is a growing national firm, hands-on culture, real projects, civil engineering, surveying, and land development across multiple South Island locations. The other is a highly regarded South Island specialist with decades of regional experience spanning surveying, engineering, and planning. Both have good teams and genuine progression on offer.

NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying or NZ-recognised equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' land or cadastral surveying experience
- Working knowledge of Landonline and cadastral processes
- Proficient in 12d
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Section 223/224c documentation experience
- LCS registration or actively working toward it
- BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
- Subdivision or land development project exposure
