NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying
- Minimum 4 years' land or cadastral surveying experience
- Working knowledge of Landonline and LINZ cadastral processes
- Competent in 12d
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- LCS registration or actively working toward it
- Subdivision or land development experience
- Rural or topographic survey experience — terrain-relevant
- Section 223/224 documentation experience
