NON-NEGOTIABLES- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cadastral/engineering surveying.
- Bachelor of Surveying, this is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Landonline, including cadastral survey data preparation and the plan lodgement process.
- Practical experience with 12d Model
- Hands-on experience operating GPS and total station equipment in the field.
- NZ residency or a valid work visa
DESIRABLES The following aren't deal-breakers, but will strengthen your application:
- Diploma in Surveying will be considered for candidates with strong academic results and a demonstrable track record of capability and initiative.
- Exposure to section 223/224 documentation and council submission processes.
- Familiarity with BricsCAD or AutoCAD for survey drafting.
- Experience working on subdivision and unit title surveys.
- Working knowledge of LINZ Rules for Cadastral Survey.
