One is a nationally recognised, 100% Kiwi-owned civil, surveying, and land development firm with 14+ offices across Australasia, hands-on culture, real projects, no corporate nonsense.
The other is a well-regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy active across NZ's land development and infrastructure sectors. Both have active pipelines and good teams.

NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying or NZ-recognised equivalent
- 2+ years' professional land or cadastral surveying experience
- Working knowledge of Landonline and LINZ cadastral processes
- Proficient in 12d or similar software
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Subdivision or land development survey experience
- Section 223/224 documentation and council certification experience
- LCS qualification underway or being actively pursued
- Exposure to engineering or construction surveys
