$70,000 – $150,000+ BRIEF Central Otago is one of the most spectacular and fastest-growing regions in New Zealand and two well-regarded multi-disciplinary consultancies are both actively hiring here.
One is a highly respected South Island firm known for a values-led culture, deep regional expertise, and substantive work across engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental services.
The other is a nationally active land development consultancy working across some of NZ's most complex and interesting subdivision projects. Multiple roles across both businesses — intermediate, senior, LCS — meaning there's a genuine fit regardless of where you are in your career.

NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying or NZ-recognised equivalent
- 12d and Landonline proficiency (experience-level appropriate)
- Working knowledge of cadastral survey processes and LINZ requirements
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- LCS registration or demonstrated progress toward it
- Rural surveying or high-country terrain experience
- Section 223/224 experience for intermediate/senior applicants
- Prior South Island regional experience
