About the Role You’ll be involved in a diverse range of land development, commercial, and infrastructure projects, working alongside engineers, planners, and digital specialists who value both innovation and precision.

- Use modern survey tools including 12d, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica, and Trimble
- Contribute to subdivision, infrastructure, and urban development projects
- Receive mentorship if you’re working towards LCS registration

About You
- 5–10+ years’ experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveying (NZ, AUS, UK)
- BSurv or equivalent qualification
- Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, or Survey Technician at any level
- Membership (or eligibility) with Survey & Spatial NZ is a bonus
- Proficient in 12d, CAD/Civil 3D, ideally with modern data workflows
- Strong communicator with client-facing experience
- Reliable, detail-focused, and confident working independently
- NZ citizen or resident with a full NZ driver’s licence

- Senior Survey Technician: $110,000 – $180,000 + vehicle
- Intermediate Survey Technician: $80,000 – $110,000
