This firm runs the full project lifecycle, scheme plan through to title, across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'd be working alongside planners, engineers, and PMs who are all pulling in the same direction.

NON-NEGOTIABLES- Current NZ LCS registration
- Solid land transfer survey and Landonline lodgment experience
- Strong knowledge of LINZ Rules for Cadastral Survey
- Competent in 12d, AutoCAD or BricsCAD and cadastral data processing workflows
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Section 223/224 certification and subdivision documentation experience
- High-density or unit title development background
- GIS and/or Civil 3D familiarity
- Consultancy environment experience with direct client management
