Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
Hamilton   $110,000 – $150,000+

BRIEF
The Waikato is one of NZ's most active land development regions and two Hamilton consultancies need LCS professionals to keep pace with it. One is a large, well-established multi-disciplinary firm with a strong regional track record.

The other is a specialist subdivision practice working exclusively on high-value residential developments in the Waikato's key growth areas. Both value technical excellence and offer the kind of work pipeline that means you won't be sitting around waiting for the next job.

NON-NEGOTIABLES
  • Current NZ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor registration
  • Solid land transfer survey and Landonline lodgement experience
  • Strong working knowledge of LINZ cadastral survey standards
  • Competency in 12d and cadastral data processing
  • NZ work rights
DESIRABLES
  • Section 223/224 certification and council process experience
  • Subdivision project experience at varying scale and complexity
  • Rural cadastral survey background
  • BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
