NON-NEGOTIABLES- Current NZ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor registration
- Solid land transfer survey and Landonline lodgement experience
- Strong working knowledge of LINZ cadastral survey standards
- Competency in 12d and cadastral data processing
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Section 223/224 certification and council process experience
- Subdivision project experience at varying scale and complexity
- Rural cadastral survey background
- BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
