NON-NEGOTIABLES- Current NZ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor registration
- Solid land transfer survey and Landonline lodgement experience
- Strong knowledge of LINZ cadastral survey standards
- Competency in 12d and cadastral data processing
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- Section 223/224c experience and council certification familiarity
- High-density residential or unit title development background
- Client management or small team leadership experience
- BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
