NON-NEGOTIABLES
Current NZ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor registration
Solid land transfer survey and Landonline lodgement experience
Strong knowledge of LINZ cadastral survey standards
Competency in 12d and cadastral data processing
NZ work rights

DESIRABLES
Section 223/224c experience and council certification familiarity
High-density residential or unit title development background
Client management or small team leadership experience
BricsCAD or AutoCAD familiarity
