About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to create campaigns that resonate with our client's target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a understanding of the retail and home furnishings market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Key Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or home furnishings sector.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including promotions, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and work collaboratively. 
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and graphic design software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
