About the Role:
An opportunity has opened for a Principal Civil Engineer to join the Hamilton office, taking on a key leadership position within the civil team.
You’ll play a central role in leading project delivery across a range of land development and infrastructure projects, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to growth of the business in the Waikato region.
This role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership and shareholding.
Skills & Experience:- 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering within a consultancy environment
- Strong background in land development and/or civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality technical outcomes
- Confident client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Leadership experience or the capability to step into a senior leadership role
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualification
- CPEng (or working towards)
