Non-Negotiables- 3+ years’ experience in a Project Administrator or coordination role within construction, engineering, or manufacturing
- Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Working understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Experience supporting procurement activities and coordinating suppliers
- Financial awareness—confidence assisting with cost tracking, variations, and claims
- Sound understanding of health & safety requirements within a construction environment
- Proficiency in project management systems and standard digital tools
Desirables- Experience working on design-led or architecturally complex projects
- Familiarity with NZ construction contracts (e.g. NZS3910, Construction Contracts Act)
- Exposure to working alongside Quantity Surveyors and cost control processes
- Confidence attending site meetings and engaging with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Ability to identify risks early and contribute to practical solutions
- Ambition to grow into a Project Manager role over time
- Experience working Procore would be highly advantageous
