Known for delivering sustainable outcomes and building long term client relationships, this team is involved in a wide range of civil infrastructure and complex land development projects across the region. With continued growth and a solid forward workload, they’re looking to bring on a Senior Civil Engineer. The role: You’ll play a key role in the delivery of civil engineering projects, contributing both technically and commercially. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape project outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients across both public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and deliver civil design for land development and infrastructure projects
- Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion
- Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide technical input and support to the wider team
- Contribute to project planning, coordination, and successful execution
- What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally within civil infrastructure and land development
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BE (Civil))
- Design experience across civil3D/12d and AutoCAD
- Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine can-do attitude
