About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work in the beautiful Far North. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to design delivery, becoming a key point of contact for both technical and client enquiries.
The work is varied and hands on, covering subdivisions, roading, stormwater, and infrastructure design. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, while still being supported by a wider national civil team. This is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, contributing ideas, and working in an environment where your input is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from client engagement through to design and delivery
  
  
• Act as a key contact for clients and technical queries in the region
  
  
• Deliver civil design across land development and infrastructure projects
  
  
• Undertake site inspections and provide construction support where required
  
  
• Collaborate with wider technical teams across multiple offices
  
  
• Contribute to strengthening and growing the local client base
  
  

Skills & Experience What we’re looking for:

• BE (Civil) or equivalent
  
  
• 6+ years’ experience within a New Zealand consultancy
  
  
• Experience across civil design, ideally within land development or infrastructure
  
  
• Experienced in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  
  
• Strong understanding of NZ standards and consenting processes
  
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and teams
  
  
• Full or restricted NZ driver’s licence
