Senior Engineering Surveyor / Survey Manager

THE ROLE
Hamilton doesn’t always get the attention it deserves.
We’re working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across engineering, surveying, planning and environmental services.
They’re looking for a Senior Engineering Surveyor or Survey Manager to join their Hamilton team.

There’s plenty happening across the Waikato, with a strong pipeline of residential development, subdivisions, infrastructure and commercial projects.
This is a genuine senior opportunity. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, manage clients and projects, and help shape the continued growth of the surveying team.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• 8+ years' engineering and/or cadastral surveying experience in NZ or an equivalent market
• Proven experience leading survey teams and managing project delivery
• Strong technical capability across construction setout, cadastral and topographic surveying
• Confident client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• NZ work rights

DESIRABLE

• Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS)
• Experience across complex residential or construction projects
• Waikato or regional development experience
• Good understanding of planning and RMA processes
• Rural, large-scale, Engineering surveying experience
