Senior Engineering Surveyor / Survey Manager
Auckland North Shore | $130,000 – $160,000+*

THE ROLE
Good senior surveyors are hard to find. Great ones are even harder.

We’re working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across engineering, surveying, planning and environmental services.

They’re looking for a Senior Engineering Surveyor or Survey Manager to join their team.

There’s a strong pipeline of work across Auckland, including major residential development, subdivisions, infrastructure and commercial projects.

This is a genuine senior opportunity. You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects, manage clients and stakeholders, support a capable team and play a key role in the continued growth of the surveying business.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• 8+ years' engineering and/or cadastral surveying experience in NZ or an equivalent market
  
  
• Proven experience leading survey teams and managing project delivery
  
  
• Strong technical capability across construction setout, cadastral and topographic surveying
  
  
• Confident client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  
  
• NZ work rights
  
  

DESIRABLE

• Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS)
  
  
• Experience across complex residential or land development projects
  
  
• Strong Auckland development experience
  
  
• Understanding of planning and RMA processes
  
  
• Experience managing teams, workloads and client relationships
