$100,000 – $140,000 BRIEF Two solid Waikato consultancies are both actively looking for Senior Land Surveyors.
One is a multi-disciplinary firm with 50+ years of CNI history across surveying, engineering, planning, and environmental science, a well-built team with a genuine reputation in the regions. The other is a specialist subdivision and land development practice with deep roots in the Waikato's high-growth corridors: Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Taupo and beyond. Both are busy, both are growing, and both are good places to work.

NON-NEGOTIABLES- Bachelor of Surveying or NZ-recognised equivalent
- 5+ years' cadastral and land surveying experience in NZ
- Competent in Landonline and LINZ cadastral rules
- Proficient in 12d
- NZ work rights
DESIRABLES- LCS registration or actively pursuing it
- Subdivision experience from scheme plan to title
- BricsCAD, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D familiarity
- Rural or topographic survey experience
