What you’ll be doing:- Delivering seismic assessments and retrofit design for existing buildings, including heritage structures
- Supporting and leading construction monitoring, with travel to project sites across NZ
- Working closely with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure design intent is achieved
- Producing high-quality technical reports and design documentation
- Contributing to project leadership, client relationships, and overall delivery
What we’re looking for:- Proven NZ experience in structural engineering (essential)
- Strong background in seismic assessments and retrofit of existing structures
- Experience with construction monitoring and site-based delivery
- Exposure to heritage projects is highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full NZ working rights required
