We are partnered with an established Architectural Design studio with an 18 year history of delivering residential projects- from boutique stand-alone houses to 1000 lot developments.
Due to a large amount of forward workload the studio is looking to expand- with suitable Architectural Graduates or Technicians that are professional and committed.
This is a great opportunity to work with a small studio that looks after its staff and enables high earning through optional paid overtime.

Desired experience- Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Experienced in Detailed Design stages of projects (operating at 3 year experience plus level)
- Excellent knowledge of NZ building code
- Exceptional communication skills- English & Mandarin
- Revit skills desirable
