Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market presence within the Nelson region.
- Drive business growth through strong leadership, sales initiatives, and customer relationship management.
- Oversee operational processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the branch team to achieve positive branch culture, key business targets and KPIs.
- Manage and maintain high level of installation and maintenance standards across projects.
