You’ll partner with an experienced consultant, helping build quality candidate pipelines, shape sourcing strategies, and ultimately drive great hiring outcomes.

What the role involves:

  • Sourcing top candidates through proactive search, screening, and networking

  • Conducting phone interviews and coordinating the full candidate experience

  • Writing and optimising job ads that stand out

  • Keeping job boards, CRM, and internal systems up to date

  • Preparing CV and candidate profiles for client presentations

  • Supporting social media, blogs, and weekly content updates

  • Mapping talent markets and contributing to talent strategy

What you bring:

  • Previous experience working in a candidate, talent or delivery manager role in the tech sector

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly

  • Ability to work in a fast paced role

  • Drive, energy, and a genuine interest in people and career stories

  • A sense of humour and a team-first mindset

  • Ambition to learn, grow, and eventually take on more responsibility
