We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate with a few years’ experience under their belt to grow out their career as a generalist within a fun, flexible and supportive environment.  The role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington and provides the opportunity to take the reins of their external communications across multiple channels.
 
 Key Areas of Accountability

• Produce external documents – including templates, proposals, information packs and other sales collateral across a variety of channels and mediums;
• Maintain the CRM system and support its effective utilization across the firm;
• Manage the online presence of the firm including websites and social media (mostly Linkedin);
• Produce events – both online and in person;
• Support the team with wider administrative and operational duties as required.

 
Key Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in Marketing – ideally with some exposure to or interest in Capital Markets and Financial Services;
• Proven experience managing social media, EDMs (Mailchimp preferred), Design Software (Adobe Suite, Canva etc) and exposure to Squarespace and Wordpress;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, with strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive approach to creating and implementing strategy, then demonstrate it’s effectiveness and ROI.
