About the opportunity:

A strong pipeline of long term projects is available to work on in the region, great company culture and leasdership to help you grow and develop.  My client is a multi-disciplinary service with expertise in Surveying, Urban Design, Engineering, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Consultation and Project Management. 

About you:

You will ideally have strong Construction Project Management expeirence. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will be vital in your day-to-day dealings with project teams, consultants, contractors, key stakeholders, community groups, and the public.

As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage allocated projects; Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects as they travel through their lifecycle. You will need to be a self-starter that learns quickly and takes the initiative, you will need to be customer focussed and add a new dimension to a thriving business.

Specifically, you will have;

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering or Project Management)
• Minimum of 8+ years’ industry experience, WITHIN NZ (Construction experience important)
• Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince 2, or similar) – desirable
• A clean full driver’s license.
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Impeccable communication skills, be it with colleagues, clients, or contractors.
