Delivery Manager – Shopify / eCommerce
Our client is a high-growth Shopify Plus agency helping ambitious brands scale how they sell online and in-store. With expertise across strategy, engineering, design and retention marketing, they partner with leading brands across New Zealand, Australia and the US to deliver high-performing commerce experiences.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus clients.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of client success and delivery. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers and creatives to ensure projects run smoothly, quality remains high, and clients receive exceptional value from the Shopify ecosystem.
You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending solutions across apps, integrations and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce clients
  • Manage projects, retainers and sprints to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Act as the voice of the client internally
  • Advise clients on Shopify ecosystem best practices, apps and integrations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to add commercial value for clients
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in agency delivery, project management or client management
  • Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional eCommerce experiences
