Senior Design Research Lead / Senior UX Designer — 6-Month Contract (ASAP Start)

A high-profile NZ brand is kicking off a major digital transformation, both inside the organisation and for millions of customers. We need a hands-on senior design research / UX lead who can jump in within the next 2 weeks and work alongside two parallel streams: shaping an internal AI employee experience and re-imagining the future of their web platforms.

You’ll sit inside a tight, product-led digital chapter working with AI and web squads, switching between research, framing, conception and delivery. This is for someone who enjoys moving fast, testing ideas with real users, and turning insight into action without over-weight process.
