About the role
Reporting directly to COO, the digital delivery manager will be responsible for managing and driving web development projects from start to end. This role entails ensuring high quality project outcomes, developing successful both internal and external relationships and utilizing best web development methodologies. You will also be in charge of managing a team of 3 developers where you would be expected to coach and mentor developers. 

Responsibilities

• Serves as a main point of contact for clients in the development and implementation of moderately complex web development projects
• Provides moderately advanced technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Identifies and estimates tasks and applies established project management, process improvement, and budget and cost analysis methodologies to identify obstacles and drive project completion
• Sets and manages the budget, scope, and timeline for projects
• Participates in the initial project conception stage along with a client in order to better meet the needs of the client and to translate those expectations to web team colleagues
• Communicates effectively with team designers, developers, and writers to ensure they are focused on the right tasks at the right time
• Works closely with COO to determine team priorities and roadmap

What do you need?

• At least 2+ years of agency experience in web development environment.
• Passionate about staying on trend with new technologies and ways of working.
• Highly developed skills in planning, estimating, managing and measuring projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management with cross functional teams.
• Hands-on technical experience – either development or UX/UI design
• Abilities to plan and conduct sprint planning meetings for website projects.
• A proven track record in managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work well under pressure, strong problem solving abilities, manage workflows and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated expert level written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude with excellent tenacity and initiative.
