• Real autonomy, flexibility, and opportunity to make an impact

About You
• 5–10+ years’ experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveying (NZ, AUS, UK)
• BSurv or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, or a Survey Technician of all levels
• Member or eligible member of Survey & Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) a plus
• Proficient in 12d and CAD/Civil 3D, ideally with modern data workflows
• Strong communicator with experience managing client relationships
• Accurate, reliable, and confident working independently
• NZ citizen or resident with a full NZ driver’s licence

What’s in it for You
• LCS: $150,000 - $250,000 + vehicle
• Senior Survey Technician: $110,000 - $180,000 + vehicle
• Intermediate Survey Technician: $80,000 - $110,000
• Leadership and shareholding opportunities for the right person and seniority
• Supportive, people-first culture - no red tape, no micromanagement
• Flexibility, professional development, and long-term stability
• Relocation assistance available for candidates returning to NZ (proven NZ experience)

Why Central Otago?
Think bike rides before dinner, skiing on weekends, and lakeside sunsets after work. Central Otago offers the perfect balance between professional challenge and lifestyle freedom. From world-class trails and ski fields to vibrant local communities, you’ll enjoy shorter commutes, stunning scenery, and a pace of life that still leaves room for big career goals. For many, it’s a chance to come back to their roots, reconnect with family, start your own family, or simply start fresh in a region where life outside work truly matters.
