Job description

We’re partnering with a well-established national organisation currently undergoing a large-scale network transformation across 31 sites. With approximately 1,000 users nationwide, this is a hands-on, varied support role within a business investing heavily in its technology landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide Level 1 IT support across 30+ sites nationwide

  • Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)

  • Active Directory user and access management

  • Device builds and deployments

  • Work within FreshDesk ticketing system

About the Environment
  • Large national footprint with 30+ sites

  • Active network transformation programme underway

  • Windows-based environment

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years’ IT support experience

  • Strong Windows OS knowledge

  • Active Directory experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Someone proactive, reliable and keen to grow their technical capability
