We’re partnering with a well-established national organisation currently undergoing a large-scale network transformation across 31 sites. With approximately 1,000 users nationwide, this is a hands-on, varied support role within a business investing heavily in its technology landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide Level 1 IT support across 30+ sites nationwide
- Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)
- Active Directory user and access management
- Device builds and deployments
- Work within FreshDesk ticketing system

What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years’ IT support experience
- Strong Windows OS knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone proactive, reliable and keen to grow their technical capability
