As they continue to grow and deliver on their mission, Cool-Safe is partnering exclusively with 84 Recruitment to appoint a Marketing Communications & Administration Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of initiatives—blending marketing communications, events, team coordination, and internal operations. It will be a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a collaborative, impact-driven team.

Non-Negotiables:

To be considering for this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally across business support or operational environments.

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing communications, events, or related areas

  • Advanced MS suite skills and confidence using digital tools and systems

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

  • Well-developed listening, influencing, and critical thinking skills

Desirables:

You’ll stand out if you also bring:

  • A knowledge of the HVACR industry

  • Experience supporting board meetings, governance documentation, or executive reporting.

  • An interest in sustainability or environmental initiatives

  • Exposure to HR administration or internal team coordination.
