Our client is an operation which does big things for our tamariki in NZ. With a number of big projects on hand they look to expand their Engineering teams. This is a fast paced role that would suit someone ready to hit the road running.
Role Overview:
This role focuses on designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting service delivery, and acting as an escalation point for complex provisioning issues.
- Technical Design & Provisioning (70%) – Develop technical designs, Statements of Work (SoW), and diagrams to connect customers to services.
- Solution Deployment – Lead implementation and transition projects, ensuring seamless integration.
- Issue Resolution – Act as an escalation point for provisioning challenges and network faults.
- Collaboration & Training – Work with internal teams, customers, and IT partners to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Expertise in IT administration (Google Workspace, Azure AD, Apple MDM, Windows Server).
- Knowledge of SSO (SAML, OAuth), Network Access Control (NAC), and PKI.
- Experience with Fortinet, Ruckus, and automation/scripting is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, NSE 4) preferred.
