Senior Business Analyst

A large, nationally significant digital health programme is seeking a Senior Business Analysts - Process Management Specialist to support the delivery of a shared clinical data service. The programme is building a secure, future-focused platform using API-based integration to enable safe and timely access to health information across the sector.

This role suits a process-focused Business Aanalyst who enjoys working at the intersection of service design, risk management, privacy, and compliance. You will design and implement innovative business processes that support a complex API-enabled national data service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead process modelling across multiple cross-business and externally negotiated processes
  • Facilitate workshops and negotiate new processes with diverse stakeholders
  • Balance operational efficiency with risk, compliance, and privacy considerations
  • Champion agreed strategies and support consistent adoption

Location:
Wellington preferred; remote considered for the right candidate. Occasional travel may be required to Wellington.
