Senior Data Consultant / Senior Data Engineer 

A growing data and AI consulting firm is looking for a Senior Data Consultant / Senior Data Engineer to join their team and work directly with clients to solve complex data challenges.
This is not a typical “heads-down coding” role. Instead, the position combines technical expertise with consulting and strategic thinking, working with organisations to design modern data platforms and deliver practical, high-impact solutions.
The Role You will partner with clients to understand business problems, design data solutions, and lead projects from concept to delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys client engagement, architecture discussions, and shaping data strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business and technical challenges
  • Designing and scoping modern data platforms and architectures
  • Providing strategic guidance on data, analytics, and AI initiatives
  • Leading consulting engagements and mentoring junior consultants
  • Delivering practical solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Technology Environment you’ll work with modern cloud data platforms and tools, including:  
  • Snowflake
  • Databricks
  • dbt / Coalesce
  • ....
Experience with these tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is highly valued.
