Non-Negotiables- Relevant tertiary qualification in planning, urban development, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, with a strong focus on New Zealand’s regulatory framework.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing resource consent applications.
- Membership or eligibility for membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI).
Desirables- Experience in both public and private sector planning projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of land use planning and environmental management.
