Non-Negotiables- A minimum of 5 years' experience in resource consent planning, with solid RMA knowledge
- Tertiary qualification in planning or a related discipline
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and decision-making under council delegations
Desirables- Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
- Familiarity with subdivision planning and the Queenstown Lakes District Plan
- Experience providing evidence at hearings or court
