Job description: Senior QS ( Main Contractor )
Location: Auckland
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

The need is for a highly skilled Senior QS with 10 plus years in the main contractor space in New Zealand to take the load of the Commercial Manager. With projects across commercial, industrial, and community construction, you will have your hands full. The Junior members of the team need a mentor, and we need you to be this person. Seeking people with the following
 

• 10 plus years of relevant New Zealand experience with a Main Contractor  
• Excellent knowledge of New Zealand construction contracts and legislation, including NZS3910
• Proficient in MS Office applications, as well as industry-specific software   
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with not only your team, but your clients as well.
• Willingness to work on a wide variety of projects.
