Brief

Join a well-established national engineering consultancy in delivering a project portfolio that consists of high rise residential, seismic, aged-care, education, industrial and government projects ranging from $2m - $100m in project value. Your responsibilities will be to produce efficient economic concept and final designs for complex engineering problems unsupervised as well as mentoring and training junior staff.
 
What’s in it for you

• $110k - $140k

• Discretionary bonus of 5%

Non-Negotiables

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience operating in the local NZ market.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Washington Accord)
• Ability to manage multiple jobs from initial phases through to invoicing
• Experience mentoring junior staff

Desirables

• CPEng
• Have relationships with clients/architects where new work is generated direct to you.
• Proven ability effectively communicating with internal/external stakeholders, engineers, architects and drafters.
• Experience meeting all resourcing and programme requirements.
