Non-Negotiables

• Bachelor of Engineering (Washington Accord)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in New Zealand building codes, seismic design, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).
• Chartered status or working towards it.

Desirables

• Experience working on large, multi-disciplinary projects in New Zealand or abroad.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices.
