Non-Negotiables- 10+ years of local industry experience
- 5+ years of people management experience within a consultancy environment (doesn’t necessarily need to have been as a manager)
- Strong technical experience across commercial and industrial sectors
Desirables- Project experience includes project across the Agricultural, Retail, Aviation, Commercial development and High end residential sectors
- Proven leader with strong business acumen
- Local connections in the Christchurch market OR strong connections across the NZ market
