Survey Technician (Intermediate to Experienced) – Auckland Region
Consistent projects, steady progression, and balance across the Auckland region.

Auckland offers a wide range of surveying work across land development, subdivision, and infrastructure. These roles suit survey technicians who want variety in their projects while working within small, stable teams.
We are working with small surveying companies across the Auckland region, (North of Auckland, CBD and South Auckland). These firms focus on practical delivery, long-term client relationships, and supporting their technicians on the ground. The environments are straightforward, team-oriented, and well suited to technicians who prefer hands on work over corporate structures.

About the Role:
You will be involved in day to day field surveying across a mix of land development, subdivision, and infrastructure projects. The work is primarily field based, with office support available as needed.
• Field work across cadastral and engineering surveying projects
• Use of GNSS, total stations, and digital data capture
• Processing and drafting support using 12d, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD
• Construction set out, topographical surveys, and boundary related work
• Working closely with a small team of surveyors and technicians

About You:
• Intermediate to experienced Survey Technicians
• Practical experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveying
• Comfortable working independently on site once briefed
• Working knowledge of 12d, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD
• Reliable, accurate, and consistent in your work
• Clear communicator who works well within a small team
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
