We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large, high-impact programme within the NZ health sector. Contract role through to June 2026. High chance of extension.
This is a delivery-focused contract working across discovery, vendor engagement, and complex system change.

Open to candidates based throughout New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with a Delivery Lead to support delivery across multiple phases
• Engaging with Pharmacy Management System vendors to refine requirements and resolve solution queries
• Working closely with internal programmes, payment and reporting systems, and external vendors
• Supporting solution development through problem-solving, requirements clarity, testing, and rollout
• Documenting requirements, future-state designs, and sector-wide implementation roadmaps
• Engaging with prescribers, pharmacies, and system vendors to explore issues and validate solutions

What we’re looking for

• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience
• Healthcare industry experience desirable
• Experience with payment or service fee systems is a plus
• Confident working with technical teams and complex integrations
• Able to translate technical detail for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, discovery, and evolving requirements
