  • EDRMS Migration
  • SD-WAN Hardware Rollout
  • IT Governance Maturity Uplift
  • Potential Web Platform Initiatives
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the Technical Business Analyst across multiple infrastructure-focused initiatives
  • Translating technical findings and recommendations into clear business and delivery artefacts
  • Engaging directly with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
  • Producing high-quality documentation including requirements, options analysis, impact assessments, and delivery plans
  • Supporting governance, architecture alignment, and delivery best practice
About You:
You’ll bring strong experience working as a Technical BA on infrastructure-heavy or Microsoft-centric environments, ideally within complex or public-sector settings.

Key experience we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on infrastructure and platform projects
  • Strong exposure to Microsoft environments (M365, licensing, security, identity, cloud services)
  • Experience working on migrations, upgrades, or large-scale technology change
  • Comfortable operating across both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to or working within formal IT governance and delivery frameworks
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating within a tight delivery team
Why Join?
  • Be part of a growing consultancy delivering meaningful outcomes in the Hawke’s Bay region
  • Work on high-impact, multi-stream initiatives
  • Join a small, senior delivery team where your contribution is visible and valued
  • Opportunity to shape and uplift technical and governance capability, not just document it
  • 12-month fixed-term preferred
  • Contractors are welcome to apply
  • Hourly rate / salary negotiable depending on experience
