Architectural Drafter – CASUAL CONTRACT (ongoing) South Auckland 84 Recruitment is assisting a well-established design consultancy in South Auckland that is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join their South Auckland office on a casual contract basis. You'll be working closely with experienced Architectural Designers and Structural Engineers across a range of prefabricated housing projects.
What You'll Do:- Produce detailed CAD/Revit drawings from sketch plans.
- Assist with building consent applications and documentation.
- Site Surveying in the early design stage.
- Collaborate with senior designers and engineers on project delivery.
What You Bring:- Diploma of Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification).
- 4+ years' New Zealand-based drafting experience.
- Proficiency with Revit and CAD software.
- Strong working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code (especially NZS 3604).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
